You have a bunch of photos — scanned receipts, whiteboard photos, handwritten notes — and need to send them as a single document. Sharing 15 separate image files to one person is a mess. A single PDF is much cleaner.
How to do it
Go to pdfmerger.io/jpg-to-pdf. Drag your JPG or PNG images into the upload area, or click to select them from your computer. Add as many images as you need — you can select multiple files at once.
The images will appear as thumbnails in a vertical list. Drag them to reorder if needed — the top image becomes page 1, the second becomes page 2, and so on. Once you're happy with the order, click "Convert to PDF." The browser processes the images in seconds and creates a single PDF.
Click "Download" to save it to your device.
Page order matters
If your images are photos of a document or whiteboard, the order matters. A 5-page whiteboard photo should be arranged 1-2-3-4-5 from left to right, top to bottom. If you're combining scanned receipts and you need them in chronological order, arrange them before converting.
JPG, PNG, or both?
The tool accepts both. JPG is better for photographs and full-color images. PNG is better for diagrams, graphics, and images with transparency. You can mix them in the same PDF — no problem.
Quality?
The images are embedded in the PDF at their original resolution and quality. Conversion doesn't degrade the images — they look the same in the PDF as they did in the original image file.
Image size limits?
Browser limits depend on your device memory, but you can typically convert dozens of images at once without issue. If you're converting 100+ images, try splitting the batch in half — do 50 first, then 50 more, then merge the two PDFs.
After conversion
You now have a portable, shareable PDF. You can email it, upload it, print it, or compress it if you need to reduce the file size.
